Intonation

I am having a hell of a time getting my guitar intonated. I get it set, then the humidity changes and its all out of whack. I look and the neck of my guitar is has more curve than a severely broken nose. . . I guess these are the trials and tribulations of owning a guitar. I am working on coming up with a solution.
